    Individual approach is at the heart of how we deal with recruitment. We believe that selecting the right people to join your team is one of the single most important business tasks with a direct impact on your commercial success. Founder and Lead Consultant

Magdalena started her career in hospitality and service industries over 20 years ago. Her adventure begun at one of London’s leading five star hotels, where she took a part time job in housekeeping department whilst studying at London Guildhall University. She worked her way up through operational and leadership roles, learning the business from the bottom up. She held key senior HR leadership roles in leading, global hospitality companies, both within Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean, managing multimillion dollar budgets and thousands of employees in complex, multi-cultural, multi sited environments. Aside from hospitality, her experience includes working for customer service division of one of the most prominent European airlines alliance (both in operations and HR), and in one of the most dynamic media related startups, where she was responsible for HR department in a large contact center.

 

Currently based in London, UK, Magdalena specializes in all aspects of human resources, organizational development and executive coaching. She is a huge proponent of firmly placing HR as profit center and key contributor to the bottom line. She is known for her hands on, no nonsense, creative and results driven approach which gained her respect in boardrooms both in Europe and America.

Berta Martinez

Berta is a Psychology graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid. Upon graduating, she moved to London to pursue a post graduate degree at London Metropolitan University. Whist there, she embarked on her career in the hospitality industry, getting an entry level positions in Food & Beverage and Quality Departments of a busy 600+ room hotel next to Regents Park. During this period that she was selected to join the hotel’s Management Development Program and discovered her passion for Training and Development. It is this passion that took her from the hotel operations to the HR Department of the hotel and, later on, to regional HR and Learning & Development roles within EMEA and The Americas regions of a large, international hotel group.
Berta specializes in the design and implementation of Learning & Development strategies and has done so for a variety of properties in over 50 countries. Over her career, she has either personally delivered or was responsible for delivering training and development initiatives to thousands of employees at every organizational level. Her expertise also includes design and development of service and technical skills training, leadership development courses and the selection and implementations of Learning Management Systems to several hotel brands. She has participated in multiple hotels and resorts openings and re-brandings as a Head of Learning and Development and key member of the team.
